Travel grant application

The Program Committee allocates 30 travel grants to encourage young scientists (under 33 years) to attend the IV World Asthma & COPD Forum. If you are eligible for such a grant, copy the form, fill it in and send it to us by e-mail at info@wipocis.org or by fax at +7-495-735-1441. It will be considered by the Organizing Committee together with your abstract. You will be notified about the decision before February 28, 2011.
