Payment

All payments must be made in Euro (EURO ) only. If sending payment by wire transfer, please fax a copy of the application along with a copy of the bank transaction to the Congress Secretariat.

Before June 10, 2013, applications must include a minimum 50% deposit (with the remainder due by August 10, 2013). Applications received after June 10, 2013 require full payment.

Applications received and paid in full before May 1, 2013 are subject to a 10% discount.

All prices are subject to a 20% VAT.

Cancellation policy

If an exhibitor wishes to cancel or reduce exhibit space, written notification must be sent to the Congress Secretariat. For cancellation received before April 15, 2013, no refund is issued for the deposit. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 15, 2013.

We agree to observe the regulations of the exhibition as set in the Exhibitior’s Application Form for the VIII World Congress on Immunopathology, Respiratory Allergy & Asthma. Acceptance of this application by the organizer converts this into a contract for exhibit space.
