Booking fee (per room) – Euro 50.

The rooms are booked on the “first come, first served” basis.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION SHOULD BE PAID IN FULL to Congress Secretariat NOT LATER THAT 30 DAYS BEFORE THE CONGRESS by bank transfer or credit card.

Special discount rates available 
 for groups booking 10 or more rooms.
